- No hydraulic hose
- No external power source required such as pump or power pack
- Compact tools, can be used in tight situations
- Jacks and tools can be used in the inclined or vertical position (a porta power will not work in these positions)
- Handle has 2 slot positions for narrow applications
- Handle can rotate 360o for the operator to choose the best orientation
- Heavy duty capacity from 4 tonne to 150 tonne rated tools,
- Suitable for flooding or underwater use
- Warranty is 2 years for tools and 3 years for jacks and extension kit
- Very high quality tools and better priced than alternative options
- All tools have built in pressure relief valves
The compact hydraulic rescue tools make a valuable tool for emergency services, mine rescue, army rescue tools carried on military vehicles, for any emergency rescue applications and represent essential tools for any rescue organisation.
The compact wedge comes in the following options:
- 10 tonne compact wedge requires a 7mm opening, providing a parallel lift, or
- 20 tonne compact wedge requires a 8mm opening, providing a parallel lift, or
- 15 tonne compact flange spreader requires a 5mm opening.
The lifting wedge can provide a 50mm stroke in steps of 10mm at a time. Now this is much faster and better than using a hammer and avoiding potential injury to personnel and damage to the surfaces you are separating.
The compact hydraulic jack is a compact, versatile, reliable tool, providing speed and reliability in emergency or rescue situations. The compact jack does not require an external power source such as a pump or power pack.
The 15 tonne Compact Extension Kit is similar to the compact hydraulic jack, except it comes with an extension kit that can be assembled to various lengths and up to 2 metres. This is the best and fastest tool in the market that can be used for propping, lifting and pushing, providing speed, reliability and safety. Also, the compact jack in the kit can be used a stand alone compact jack if required.
All the Simson range of compact rescue jacks and tools come with a significantly higher warranty period than other porta power systems or power packs. The warranty period for compact jacks is 3 years and for the compact wedge is 2 years. These warranty periods are assured as the Simson hydraulic compact jacks and lifting wedge are manufactured according the most stringent quality control process
and using the highest grade metal alloys, having a broad range of applications.
